The company was founded and promoted by Sri K. M. Reddy, a Civil Engineer with a Master’s degree in Structural Engineering from JNTU Hyderabad. Renowned for his technical expertise and management excellence in the engineering and construction industry, he brings over 13+ years of rich experience in engineering, business leadership, strategic planning, detailed engineering, and project management.
Mr. Reddy has successfully led and contributed to diverse projects across power generation, high-rise buildings, telecom infrastructure, heavy industrial structures, and commercial and residential developments both in India and overseas. Under his leadership, HITI Builders has also delivered several landmark residential and commercial projects in Hyderabad.
Adding to his technical foundation, Mr. Reddy holds an MBA from IIM Visakhapatnam, which further strengthens his strategic vision and leadership capabilities. He firmly believes in always addressing the best interests of the client—a principle he considers vital in the construction business.

Srujana Reddy, a Doctor in Pharmaceutical Sciences, brings with her years of valuable experience working with leading corporate organizations. With a strong background in operations and client engagement, she transitioned into the family business to expand her expertise into the real estate and construction sectors.
She is often the first point of contact for clients and is recognized for her unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction, ensuring that every interaction reflects the company’s integrity and values. Known for being polite yet firm, she balances professionalism with empathy, creating lasting relationships built on trust.
Her corporate experience has equipped her with exceptional organizational and communication skills, which she now applies to streamline processes and enhance client experiences at HITI Builders. With a keen interest in learning and adapting, she continues to strengthen the company’s vision of delivering high‑quality projects that meet the evolving needs of modern customers.
